Ground floor apartment (85 sqm) with open plan kitchen / living room with doors to the terrace, two bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes, a full size bathroom and additional separate toilet. Fully air conditioned, both heating and cooling. Washing machine, dish washer, smart TV, internet and a stereo set are available. Distance to the sandy beach 150 metres, to the centre of the lovely village Villaricos with its wonderful boulevards, harbours, restaurants and bars 200 metres.

Close to (touristic) San Juan de los Terreros and Águilas to the north and Vera and Carboneras to the south. Golf courses nearby. Wonderful, pristine bays ('calas') with sandy beaches and the cleanest water. Amazing boulevards, Sunday market, 8 restaurants, 11 cafe's and bars.

NO SE PUEDE PONER NINGUNA PEGA, TODO FUNCIONABA Y ESTABA COMO SE ESPERA AL RESERVAR UN APTO. IDEAL PARA RECORRER LA ZONA O DISFRUTAR LA PLAYA. AGRADECIDOS POR LA ATENCION INGRID.

Excepcional

Nos ha encantado la estancia, la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido excelente, cualquier incidente han estado siempre accesibles. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, es nuevo y amplio con una terraza colindante al salón que lo hace más encantador. Ingrid cuida todos los detalles del apartamento, desde el recibimiento hasta todos los complementos que pone a disposición como artículos para el baño, cocina, nos dejaron algunas cosas para el desayuno que agradecimos. También tienes a disposición un ordenador en una de las habitaciones, que es un detalle muy bueno. Sin duda repetiremos. La ubicación es muy buena, tiene muy cerca dos playas, las mejores de Villaricos (el playazo de Villaricos y Cala Luis Siret). El apartamento está situado en una zona con mucho encanto, para mi gusto la mejor zona de la pedanía, urbanización muy tranquila al lado del castillo, la gente muy agradable y amable. Una estancia excepcional, sin duda.
