It's a unique cottage with a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. It is within minutes to the bus stops, bars, restaurants, shops, and the sports centre which offers a gym, full length indoor pool and many more facilitates and activities. Within a 5-7 minute bus or car journey you are on the beach which stretches along 17 Kilometres. Other activities within a 10/20 minute drive include; Camel Rides (Mojacar Playa) Quad Bikes (Mojacar Playa) Mountain Walks ( Mojacar) Go Karts (Garrucha) Deep Sea Fishing / Boat Trips (Garrucha) Water Park (Vera Playa) Golf (4 courses within 20 minutes) Many other activities are available in and around Mojacar, Mojacar Pueblo has its own very informative Tourist Information Office ideally located in the heart of the Pueblo just off the new Plaza. (Please note as this property is accessed by stairs it is not recommended for future guests who may have mobility issues).

El alojamiento es pequeño, con las habitaciones muy limpias y recogidas, pero los cubiertos y cosas de cocina bastante sucias. La entrada a la casa es lo peor por las escaleras que tienes, pero las vistas también están muy muy bien. Muy simpáticos y atentos los dueños.

Wonderful holiday!

The house is gorgeous and has lots of extras with attention to detail. It’s furnished very well and has all you could need for a lovely stay! The views are to die for ! Communication was very good with host and housekeeper. Would recommend this gorgeous house, although the steps are quite steep they keep you fit! Parking was good close by in the car park and we always found a space. The area is so pretty and we ate at lovely ‘local’ bars couple minutes away from apartment and also up in the pueblo, which is stunning! We walked to the beach which took 20 minutes and was a lovely walk and then hopped on a bus back up again later - only €1.20 !!! Fabulous stay!!!

A beautiful town house with a touch of luxury, Simon is a fabulous host to makes sure every detail is covered and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely book this again.

Wow, amazing, high standard accommodation.

This was furnished and equipped by Simon, the owner, you'd think you were sharing his home due to the attention to detail, there's nothing you'd want for and the pure comfort was more than welcome when you initially arrived and equally the day out. The position couldn't be better, wherever you want to go, it's accessible from here. The sea front is a short bus ride or nice walk, or the old town is the same in the other direction. The property was better than expected even though the listing was superb. It was spotless and welcoming. Simon met us personally to take us round the property. I've not only told my family, but friends, and friends of friends, I'm that confident of Simon delivering the same service to all his guests. I ate out every day, I won't name one that stood out because the different styles, origins and quality of food and service was excellent.

Absolutely fabulous house with all Home comforts

Simon was a great host, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The house is beautifully furnished with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The house has stunning views of the pueblo and the sea. Simons place was a home from home where you can relax and get lost with a glass of red whilst watching the waves. In walking distance of some of Mojacars best restaurants and bars . Thanks Simon can’t wait to come back!

A Fantastic Home from Home

Great apartment with a terrace with Sea, Pueblo and Mountain View’s, a perfect position only a short walk from the Pueblo with its fantastic array of local bars restaurants and shops the Playa with its own lovely bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. Great to arrive and see a bottle of wine and some complimentary chocolates to boot!! it just made a nice welcoming touch. Simon the owner was more than helpful throughout and stressed that he or his housekeeper were contactable at any time as they too lived in the Pueblo, we are pleased to say that we had no issues at all during our week long stay. It was also great to have a TV with English chanels and the WiFi worked like a dream, we had a bit of inclement weather, so we felt more than happy to stay in and enjoy the apartment with its DVD, Books and Games. We have been staying in Mojacar for the past 7 years, in hotels and apartments, but this apartment stands out ( to us) as the 'BEST’. Perfect apartment and perfect location....we will be back! Thank you Simon !

Fab views, fab position but oh those steps!

What a lovely little property with superb village views and distant sea views. Steady uphill walk to the gorgeous, quaint village - downhill all the way back ( useful after a few too many in El Cafetin de Candela ) A well equipped if small kitchen, cosy shower room and bedroom with comfy bed and living room with an amazing vista. Overall quality is good and reasonably good value for money. Those infamous steps - 49 of them! take some getting used to however. Regular buses down to the Playa and at €1.20 each for any length of journey, a bargain. Forget taxis!!! We will be back for sure as Mojácar is truly beautiful with some lovely shops restaurants and bars. Thank you Simon for all the advice too. Hasta Luego 😎

Well furnished house with fabulous views

House more than lived up to the advert, beautifully furnished, lovely views, no complaints at all. It was clean, and everything worked as it should. Simon, the owner, met us when we arrived and made us feel really welcome. He could not have been any more helpful, showing us where the bus stops were, the best places to eat, shop, he was a fountain of knowledge - Brilliant chap and he helped make our stay in Mojacar one of the best holidays we've had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to my friends or relatives as they will enjoy it as we did. In fact I am in the process of booking our next trip to Mojacar just now. Can't wait to get back over.

Brilliant house to come to for a break in the sun

The description was better than the listing regarding the quality furniture, scenic location and layout. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and we didn't have any problems at all. Simon, the owner was very helpful from start to finish and made our stay very memorable. An amazing holiday house with an amazing host

Mojacar is one of those special places you never get tired of. This house is idyllic, quaint and quirky and we simply couldn't have found a more beautiful place to spend our week. Simon is such a sweetie, he met us personally and kept in touch with us throughout the week, nothing was too much trouble. The pueblo is a short walk away with some of the most amazing places to shop eat and drink with the most stunning views. You can walk to the beach in 20 mins or there is a bus for 1 euro 20 that will take you as many stops as you wish along the playa. Look no further this is the place to be. We will definately be back. Xx

Beautiful property, stunning views, perfect location

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous stay in mojacar at this property, we couldn't possibly fault anything. The owner Simon arranged our transport to and from the airport for us, on arrival he was there to greet us with wine and chocolates, he's a really bubbly friendly man, very helpful and knowledgeable of the area, the apartment is stylishly decorated with a real homely feel, every little detail seemed to be thought about, from robes and slippers to hair dryer, straighteners etc etc everything u could possibly need, oh and the views are outstanding from all three balconys, we are already looking to book with Simon again in the next few months time, we can't wait to go back,

Mojacar - a fabulous destination for a great holiday in a beautifil setting

My wife and I were met by Simon at Le Fuente, and after coffee and a chat he took us to the property a 150 metres or so away, up hill but not too steep, we are both in our late 60's and it was a dawdle. The cottage was absolutely stunning, we were both delighted with it, it was like a home from home and the views were fantastic, we were over the moon with it. Simon explained how everything worked and if there was any problems just to give him a call. He was brilliant and explained the layout of the area to us, told us about the local buses, where the stops were, and generally where the best restaurants cafes and shops were. We had a wonderful holiday exploring the typically Spanish old town with its narrow streets.

Fabulous

We have just spent a great 2 weeks in this apartment. It's exactly as described and photographed. It lacks nothing, and is a true home from home for those looking for something with individuality and character in what is a lovely old Spanish village environment. Simon (the owner) met us personally on arrival with wine and chocolates which were greatly appreciated following our long journey. Handover was good and Simon actually lives in the pueblo which is handy if required. We occasionally ran into him and stopped for a chat. Everything in this apartment has been carefully thought through with the guest in mind - even down to the bathrobes and slippers. We plan to return again at some stage in the future. Thank you Simon, we had a 5 star holiday.

A real home from home

We've just returned from a 6 week stay at Simon's place and have had a lovely relaxing time. Simon gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful during our stay. He arranged transport for us to and from the airport as we requested. The apartment is just as described and was very comfortable, a real home from home. We had to stay indoors a few times because it rained and we felt warm and cozy. It was nice to have the extra touches such as dressing gowns and slippers. The view from the apartment is even better than in the photos and you can see right around Mojacar to Vera and beyond. The apartment is in a good position, as it's easy to walk to the pueblo or down to the beach and of course there is a bus stop nearby and they run every half hour. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fantastic

his property has been beautifully refurbished & decorated to a high standard throughout. It is in a stunning location, very peaceful, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and Mojacar Pueblo right on the doorstep. Ideally located for exploring Mojacar, it's beaches and the various bars and restaurants, the apartment is spotless and very well equipped we would most certainly recommend it to our friends and relatives. The owner Simon is very friendly and provided us with a wealth of information on the area, we very much appreciated the ( bottle of wine and chocolates ) left by Simon on our arrival we will certainly stay at this beautiful apartment again.

So many stairs........

We are so surprised that the stairs which you had to climb to get into this property are not mentioned (all 50 of them!). We really think these should have been mentioned in the description as we would never have booked this house. They played a big part in our daily plans as we did not want to have to climb them more than once if possible. We felt they were not only exhausting but dangerous as for the most part there was not even a hand rail. If you hire a car you can get higher up so it would be easier but the description makes no mention of this. The shower also was not our favourite place. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet in the house with very nice views. Simon was kind enough to meet us from the bus drop off point and carry our case up the dreaded stairs! However due to the very difficult access we would not recommend this to anyone who is not happy to negotiate the stairs.

Excellent

This was really the most idyllic, romantic property which I couldn't recommend highly enough. Beautifully decorated to the highest of standard, clean and perfectly maintained. The owner had thought of everything to ensure complete comfort from 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, bathrobes and slippers to a welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates. The property had views of Mojocar Pueblo as well as a sea view with plenty of restaurants and tapas bars close by. Perfect - thank you for a wonderful holiday.
