We are happy to share our personal home with you. Build in 1920, this historic 2400 square foot home has been completely refreshed. Our home is one block from Delaware and Hertel Ave, walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The house features 3 massive bedrooms, open concept kitchen and a large dining room, beautiful and bright living room with cozy seating and Smart Tv for relaxing.
Only 10 minutes to downtown
12 minutes to Buffalo Airport
20 minutes to Niagara Falls.
