Location, location, location

The location of the property really is perfect, very close to beach access and the surf club. The house was also perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids under 3, once a baby gate had been installed on the deck at the top of the steep flight of steps down to the pool. Management were very quick to respond to a request for this and to other communications. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by construction next door on both sides of the property, with building noise from both and landscapers on a new deck overlooking the rear of the property on one side meaning no privacy, at least during work hours

Scenic sunshine

We love Sunshine Beach and the area snd this property was fabulous as right on the beach. Great to wake up to the sound of the ocean! The layout worked perfectly for our family group. Kitchen and living spaces (indoors and out) are great. Only comments would be to please put some mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms and a couple more tea towels in the kitchen please !

Welcome breezes

The sea breezes and louvres make the downstairs living area of the property feel like it is air-conditioned. The living areas, kitchen and the deck are expansive and easy to enjoy at any time of day. The kitchen is well equipped. The property is about as close as you can get to the Surf Club and Sunshine Beach Village.

Overall great location and house spacious

The pool area was difficult to get to for people that we a little unsteady on their feet and did not look very inviting. The noise from the construction was very loud s some days and the work men very close to the deck and it felt a little uncomfortable at times particularly with the colourful language at times. No privacy until after 3pm.

Thanks great stay. Good property. 2 comments for positive criticism. The trees and shrubs could have been thinned out a bit by the pool as we had no view of the beach/sea what soever. Pool seemed a bit murky water. Only comments to improve, as we had a great stay
