We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay away in the peaceful country side of SA. I’m hoping you were able to use to the communal pool in Hallett. Unfortunately it is not possible to maintain a pool at our property and we use the hot tub to cool off or relax in! We do hope you took advantage of all the wonderful sightseeing, hiking and relaxing activities. Hope you stay again. Many thanks from the team at Tiverina Park. Hi so sorry that you found me difficult to deal with. As you were wanting to book and not use the stayz platform all i requested was you use the offical platform so we were both legally covered. You also requested extra guests to stay in swags which I advised you was not appropriate. You continually told me you had a rental property. You obviously run your business differently. I feel I was more than tolerant of your constant contact and at your request to provide entry details to your mobile phone instead the usual practice through the site. Which I did. I recommend you use the correct procedure in the future as it gives piece of mind to both parties and avoids misunderstandings. Good luck with your future stays Liz
We LOVED our stay! The property is stunning. A beautiful mix of old and new with lots of thoughtfulness. The property was so well stocked- especially in the kitchen. The hot tub was great and all the living area options were perfect to break out to with 2 families. The kids also loved the games room!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet your expectations.
- House instructions are provided to help keep the property in excellent condition for all guests and to ensure expectations are clear and transparent. This is a requirement as an owner. The intention is never to sound threatening, but to prevent misunderstandings around cleaning, damages or additional. We will review the wording to ensure it feels as clear, friendly and welcoming as possible. As outlined in the booking terms, your reservation was confirmed for a specific number of guests. Additional guests were present during the stay without approval. For insurance, safety and compliance reasons it is essential all guests are declared in advance. We are always happy to accommodate changes where possible-we simply ask it is communicated prior to stay not during.
We apologize for any inconvenience with insects As the property is located on a working farm surrounded by paddocks, particularly in mid January, insects can appear despite thorough professional cleaning and ongoing pest control. Had we been notified during your stay we would have arranged prompt assistance to address the issue.
-Rubbish removal is outlined prior to arrival. There is no local collection services in the area
-coffee pods - similarly guests are asked to bring their preferred coffee pods to suit their tastes and compatibility with the machine provided. We understand this may not suit everyone, however, this information is shared in advance .
We truly wish you well in your future travels
House was beautiful, had real charm and atmosphere. Perfect for families and friends. Kitchen was great! Outdoor facilities fantastic aswell. We will definitely be back!

About the host
Hosted by Liz
My family have owned this property for five generations. It has always remained a working property producing grain, wool, sheep, pigs and cattle throughout the years.
Why they chose this property
Unique family heritage. Period features with modern renovation. Several living spaces, inside and out. Note this is a rural property and you will need to observe the septic system requirements, rain water usage , fire ban restrictions and remove your rubbish (to roadside stations in adjacent towns).
What makes this property unique
Outlooks from every room. Wood fire. Polished floorboards. Majestic rows of windbreak pines and gums. Crisp dawns and leisurely sunsets. Rustic farm and out-buildings. See HelloSA/Adelady on https://www.instagram.com/reel/DBYdGiyxeTl/ for a tour. Highly rated on trip advisor cafes in nearby town of Burra. The unicorn sheep as seen on Bondi vet, wind turbines creating power are scattered on the hill tops. The Heysen Trail, Sir Hubert Wilkins home. This area is the heart of merino sheep studs. Packed full of history and production nearby in the of town Burra. Copper ore was discovered in 1845 in Burra and it became the biggest copper mine in Australia .
