Στη καρδιά της Λιχάδας 100 μετρα απο την εκκλησία της Παναγίας Λιχάδας και με την μαγευτική Θέα πού κόβει την ανασα κοιτώντας το ηλιοβασιλεμα στα Λιχαδονήσια, (Σευχέλες της Ελλάδος) βρίσκεται μια συγχρονη αλλα και ταυτόχρονα παραδοσιακή βίλλα σε κτήμα 800τμ .
Τα δωμάτια έχουν θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με ωποροφόρα δένδρα και λουλούδια. Ο χώρος ειναι μεγάλος, ανετος και υσηχος.
Τα δωμάτια είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με air condition, και WI-FI.
Πρός ενοικιαση διατίθεται για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες το ισόγειο που ειναι αυτόνομο με δύο δωμάτια με διπλό κρεβάτι το ενα και δύο μονά το αλλο, μπανιο με ντουζιέρα, μεγαλη κουζινα με σαλόνι ενιαια, και εξωτερική βεράντα.
Σε κάθε κρατηση προσφέρεται καλάθι με τοπικά εδέσματα (1 μπουκάλι κρασί,
1 μπουκάλι τσίπουρο, 1 μπουκάλι λάδι, ελιές, ψωμί, φρούτα και λαχανικά εποχής).
