House Nino, relaxing house with garden
House Nino is located in a quiet small village Krmed, in the heart of Istria, only 8 min distance from Bale and 25 min from Rovinj. If you are looking for a vacation house far from city noise, this is a perfect choice for you, away from noise but yet on a very short drive to everything you could possibly need.
Our single-story house has two bedrooms, kitchen and living room, a bathroom. There is a sunny outside space in front of the house, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, having your morning coffee or evening dinner. The house is clean and cozy especially for families with children as they can play in front of the house. Also, there is a children playground in Krmed where local families with children meet during the hot summer evenings. Clean bedding and towels are provided, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine to do the laundry, an iron and a hairdryer. Also, free WiFi, air-conditioning and smart satellite TV.

Wir haben uns in den Haus Nino super wohlgefühlt. Wir wollten gar nicht weg.Die 2 Wochen sind so schnell vergangen. Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich lädt zum verweilen ein. Er ist absolut Hundefreundlich, da er umzäunt ist Im Haus war es immer kühl, es sind 2 Klimaanlagen im Haus die wir aber nicht brauchten. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man braucht. Und nicht zu vergessen, die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr Freundlich und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
