About this property

Wendover Dunes is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach.

These villas are large, providing plenty of breathing room for your party. They are also known for their screened-in balconies, which you'll be thankful for in the southern climate.

The kitchen is large and fully-stocked, providing plenty of room to cook meals if you so desire. The appliances are stainless steel and the cabinets newer. The kitchen bar seats four, while the dining area seats six formally. The family room has been updated with a 65" Smart 4KUHD TV.

The Primary suite features a king bed, mounted HDTV and a huge master bathroom. The Primary bathroom provides a walk-in shower, separate sunken tub and double vanity. The second Primary suite also features a king bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom which is equally large. The third bedroom, has 2 double beds, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outside you'll enjoy dining or enjoying a cup of coffee on your large screened-in balcony! The beach is accessed easily with a 3 minute walk!

Could Do Better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice property but not as clean as it should have been. We underwent attack by bugs on our second night (Palmetto bugs), 2 of 3 refrigerator shelves were broken and the mattresses were in poor shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was great. Some negatives are. All the electrical outlets are very loose.The supplies for two weeks is ridiculous. One paper towel roll ? Skimpy dishwasher detergent etc.The screened in porch furniture was very stained.Pool and pool area could be cleaner, a lot of ants. Great location.

It was spacious and yet had a warm homey feeling. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean. The screened-in porch was a perfect place to enjoy a to-go dinner from Sea Shack. We will definitely return to Palmetto Dunes.
