The home features large open spaces, a Carolina room, a den, galley kitchen, and three spacious bedrooms, with many new updates throughout!! 

Upon entering the foyer, to the left is the powder room and the primary bedroom with en suite bath. The bedroom has a king bed and loveseat. The attached bathroom has a shower and separate tub. The right side of the home features a den with a sleeper sofa, and two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom has two sinks, and a tub/shower combo. 

Enjoy relaxing together in the great room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flatscreen, smart TV. The dining area has seating for up to eight guests and lots of natural light shining through! Just off the great room is the spacious Carolina room. The Carolina room is enclosed with lots of windows with landscape and lagoon views! There is another dining area, as well as plenty of seating to watch TV, play a game or create a puzzle in this wonderful mix of indoor living with an outdoor feel! 

The home has a laundry room and complimentary wireless Internet throughout. In addition to the beach just steps away, an aware winning tennis and pickleball center, Palmetto Dunes offers three world-class golf courses, 11 mile lagoon system and miles of bike paths! Did we mention this rental comes with complementary two hours of tennis or pickle ball daily at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickle Ball Center!! 

Across the street from Palmetto Dunes is the famed Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina! There are endless things to do, explore and enjoy while visiting 157 Mooring Buoy!

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- ALLIGATORS ARE DANGEROUS. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.
