About this property

Newly renovated home located on 17 acres of land in the middle of the woods. Conveniently located only 90 miles away from NYC. The perfect getaway if you are trying to escape the city for some privacy. Minutes away from plenty of attractions & shopping centers. Our property is always sparkling clean and sanitized for all of our guests for a safe experience. Minimum age requirement to book is 28 years of age. Accompanying children and young adults are welcome.

Poconovilla is a 3,500 SF home with 6 bedrooms and 3 full modern bathrooms. This home can sleep 18 people. Has a covered wrap around porch and a deck located in the rear which offers a brand new 7 person hot tub for our guests.

Cleaning fee: $350.00 (required - built into quote)

Bed linens: The home is prepared with fresh towels, bed linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets.

Kitchen: Well stocked with all basic necessary kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, flatware, utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses and shot glasses. We do not provide food or fresh pantry items due to allergies people may have.

Hot Tub: 7 person hot tub available 365 days a year.

New Year 2024 trip

This house was stunning from the driveway!! We arrived just after sunset and the house was lit up outside with Christmas lights and so easy to enter the house with personalized door code!!! Clean sheets/towels were provided and that was so helpful to us all🙏. The space was very inviting and freshly remodeled!! And the quality of work was very impressive!! I’m big on tile work and it was done very well..! Nice and neat🙂! Kitchen was big enough for everyone in our family and we weren’t sitting on top of one another ! We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy !! Thank you so much for opening up your home to us! We entered the new year here and it’s off to a great start!

Wonderful weekend retreat

From the moment we entered the property, everyone knew it was going to be a great weekend. The host was great with communication before and throughout our stay. The property was equipped with all the essentials! There were instructions for everything, which was helpful. Especially the checkout instructions. We loved that the property manager introduced us to their goats!!!! We would definitely book this place again in the future!

Weekend trip

I stayed at Marcin’s house with some friends for a quick weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The house was immaculate, the location was perfectly secluded and Marcin was quick to reply to any questions we had. We’d definitely come back for a second trip!

Not as clean as I would of hoped but beautiful house

Hand railing going upstairs not secure at all very wobbly. Bar stool around kitchen island very cheap and unstable.Fresh mouse droppings on kitchen countertops and in our bedroom in the mornings.spider Webb’s all in the corners so obviously not being cleaned well. Bugs get in around the window units in the bedrooms spent a good bit of time killing all the flying insects in our room before bed. Hot tub had so much chlorine it was unusable from the fumes.Over all beautiful house great location very quiet and peaceful and I would book it again.Hopefully would be cleaner next time but for charging 350 cleaning fee the person cleaning isn’t doing a good job.
