Located at the most western tip of the Tomaree Peninsula, 2/197 Soldiers Point Road is almost entirely surrounded by the water making it a popular location for fishing and boating. Soldiers Point marina (2.4km away) offers two restaurants plus cafes. The exclusive Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters Resort is just 800m away and opposite Bannisters is the Soldiers Point Bowling club which offers affordable meals for the family and a play area for the little kids.
The apartment itself is stylishly appointed on the middle floor (street level) with 3 bedrooms and absolute beachfront.
