Very helpful

The place is super spacious and served us well. Our son left some of his USJ toys at the apartment after we left. I emailed the property managers and they were EXTREMELY helpful and posted the toys to our next hotel. Absolutely wonderful!

Close to Universal

A close apartment to universal, osaka aquarium and shops. The pictures makes the place look better than it was, beds need replacing as they were very incomfortable and the rooms were tiny. Cant fault the customer service, i identifies a problem with the shower and it was replaced the next day. Overall a reasonable place to stay if you looking for somewhere close to universal.

最寄り駅（大阪港駅）から徒歩５分程度で 近くにはコンビニもあり、海遊館や天保山まで散歩感覚で出かけることが出来ました。 家族５人（全員　大人）でも、ゆっくりできるくらい広々としていました。困ったことにもすぐ対応して頂きありがたかったです。連休でどこのホテルも料金が高い中、こちらの民泊は安い料金で泊まる事ができてとても良かったです。

水が止まり、トイレ・風呂はじめ手を洗うことすらできず、急いでコンビニで水を買い、その場をしのぎました。半日止まっていたと思います。 緊急事態なのにこちらが連絡をした以外何もコンタクトがなく、復旧目処や代替の対応などの連絡も全くしていただけず不安でした。 部屋は広くきれいで快適でしたが、ライフラインが急に止まるとは思わず、また何も連絡なく放置状態でしたので本当に不安でした。
