The host of very friendly and was very organized. He had everything laid out perfectly in the unit and I'm very good instructions. Instructions package she put together even had information on how to get from the train station to the unit, which is very useful. The information package that the host had had also good information about local places and tips. The unit itself was excellent it had everything we needed, and was very close to the train station.

この度は快適で過ごしやすい宿をご提供頂き誠にありがとうございました。万博ではない用事で、複数名で泊まれる2泊3日の宿を探しており、リーズナブルな価格帯のこちらを選びました。 ホストの方が大変優しく丁寧で、予約前日、当日は場所の案内メールと、主に外国人向けに付近の商業施設案内のメールをいただき、迷わずチェックインもスムーズにできました。普通の一軒家のようで、設備が整っており助かりました。また、3階建てて、2階に和室とベッドと机がある個室、3階にダブルベッドが3つありました。隣の家がすぐ横にあるため、音が少し聞こえましたが夜は大丈夫でした。ベッドも綺麗でエアコンも全部屋にあり、総じて大変快適でした。事情で予約後に人数が減る関係でお問い合わせしたときに、我々が予約を1度キャンセルして再予約の際に確実に予約ができるとは限らないことが懸念点でした。しかしホスト様にご連絡させていただいたところ、柔軟で迅速なご対応をいただき、大変助かりました。さらにこちらの不手際で、ドライヤーを忘れましたが、自宅まですぐ郵送していただきました。大阪に複数人でまた泊まることがありましたら、是非利用させて頂きたいです。
