RVA features The Beach Club at Anna Maria. Old Florida charm meets modern, designer-decorated decor at this private, un-crowded hideaway. Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.



Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #10 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.



Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is close to beach, has a nice pad to sit outside. It has 3 bedroom s which is nice. We didnt end up using hot tub because it was always full. Personally,I'd throw down some area rugs, eerything's tile. Beds slept well. You get one starter for soaps on arrival & no left overs from others in kitchen. So dont expect any spices or coffee. It's more a place to relax, we found ourselves driving to other areas of island to do activities. It takes while to get around with one main road each side island and spring break too.

The unit is well maintained and in good condition. Everything worked properly in the unit and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check in process was easy, we were able to enter the unit after hours and check out easily after hours using the marked boxes in front of the office. The sun deck is a great way to take in an ocean view and relax with plenty of seating and tables available. A great place to have some food and drinks outside for breakfast or during a sunset if you want. Having a full kitchen is great if you like to save some money eating out. That being said, many of the restaurants offer excellent food for reasonable prices for a vacation spot. Beach access is easy, the beach is literally right across the street. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available which makes having a fun day at the beach hassle free. The pool is small but perfect for a few people to have a little fun and relax in the hot tub after a long day. The location is perfect with restaurants and stores well within walking distance from the condo. It is also very close to the free trolley stop making the whole island easy to access if you don't have a car or don't want to drive. There is staff available during normal business hours to trade in beach towels and address any issues with the units if necessary. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return to this location for future Anna Maria Island visits.

Family Getaway

We had a very nice stay in this property. It was a great location for the beach and restaurants. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Even though the pool and hot tub weren’t functioning due to extended problems from the hurricane, we enjoyed sitting out at the pool area. Our group of 5 adults were all happy with the accommodations.

Great Property across from the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club. It is an older property, but has been updated nicely. It was clean and they provided all the basic necessities for our stay. Management was friendly and accommodated any additional items we requested. The property is right across the street from the beach, but unfortunately does not have good views of the gulf with the exception of maybe a few rooms. The shared sun deck was great and we used it both day and night. They also provide beach chairs and umbrellas which is awesome. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly for my taste. My only complaint was that the hot tub was broken one day and I could not get a hold of anyone in person or on the phone despite numerous tries, so it was not fixed until the next day. It was fixed quickly, but we missed out on one of night of using it. Would definitely recommend staying at the Beach Club.
