The Wimberley Log Cabins Resort and Suites is perfectly located directly across the street from the popular Market Days location, and minutes from the downtown square.

Unit Five, located in the middle building on the property-- known as the Lone Star Cabin Suites, boasts two queen sized beds, a full bath, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. With the charming log cabin exterior you get the country ambiance with the conveniences of being located near all the amenities of town.Property amenities include a fire pit, charcoal BBQ grills and a resort pool!

The place is absolutely beautiful. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was really nice. We enjoyed the pool and the other guest as well. I liked that it was gated, which made me feel protected since this was a girls trip only.

Grass was high

We enjoyed the stay for a short getaway but the grass was very high around the property. We walk to pool and tall grass everywhere. The barbeque pit was clean but when open big nest of red wasps.

I would stay here again! It was clean, comfortable and across the street from Market Days, our purpose for being in Wimberley . My seven year old daughter enjoyed the pool and had other kiddos to play with. My only complaint is about the lack of A.C. I did get hot at night, I kept wishing for a ceiling fan. I am glad it wasn’t extremely hot outside.

We got what we paid for. Both beds would sound with every movement and the AC works when it wants to. I guess it didn’t bother us because the weather was nice but I can’t imagine it at the summer peak. The cabin is clean and has everything you need. Has an H-E-B very close!

The beds were HORRIBLE. They were extremely noisy and would wake everyone up if you move. There was chicken left in the freezer that smelled every time you opened the fridge. The room was dusty. The AC unit didn't work properly. Will never go back again

The area was nice and the room was clean. But…there was a coffee machine but no cups, no bath soap, no ice or vending machines on property, the beds were squeaky, and you have to take your own trash out. You pay a cleaning fee and you’re automatically charged for damages before you get in. It’s not refundable even if you leave the room spotless. I don’t think it’s worth the money. Sorry

Mixed experience

Mixed Experience – Needs Attention to DetailWe recently stayed at this B&B in Wimberley and had high hopes based on the charming setting. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay less enjoyable than expected.On our first night, we discovered that the septic tank located right outside our window was overflowing. This caused an extremely unpleasant odor and also led to plumbing issues — our toilet stopped flushing properly. We eventually had to move to a different room on the second day because of this.In both rooms, cleanliness was a concern. The floors didn’t appear to have been swept; walking barefoot left our feet noticeably dirty. There were also bugs in the room, which added to the discomfort and gave the impression that the space hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or sealed. The second room also lacked a table, which we had in the first room and found useful for storing our things.Other concerns included the lack of outdoor lighting around the pool area, making it difficult to navigate at night. While there were underwater pool lights, there was no surrounding lighting for safety or ambiance. There was also no wood provided for the fire pit, which we had looked forward to using. The beds were quite uncomfortable and sagged significantly in the middle. Lastly, the air conditioning unit didn’t cool the room well, leaving it warm and stuffy, especially during the heat of the day. I ran out of characters. Check Google for full review.

When we first arrived, it was dark and porch light was out (we had to use our phone flashlights to walk up the steps) I did notify host and it worked the next night but then by third night it was out again. The mattresses made sooooo much noise(it would wake us up when either one of us moves). And since we used both beds, it was twice the noise. The shower head sprayed the water everywhere in the 2x2 shower except my body. I had to find where the stream of water was hitting the most so that I can bathe. Then I found a plastic bottle cap between the fitted sheet and the mattress(I did take a picture). TV is too small as well. There is a small space(about 12” or so) to walk between the bed and wall to the bathroom. I won’t stay there again.

Clean, convenient and quiet

First of all the mgmt team is great because I rescheduled two for this trip. They responded fast and had no problem with me changing the dates. The cabin was just as described and super clean. We loved staying so close to the square. The location is awesome and very affordable. We would stay here again. We had no issues with other people staying even though we knew we had neighbors. Felt safe and secure. Pool was relaxing and water felt great for dead of summer

Awesome stay

Pleasant stay in the room was really nice and very nice scenery. Only thing that I would change is the shower curtain because doesn’t make for a dry restroom floor outside of that everything was perfect I would love to stay again oh yeah
