Total disaster

Mold in bathroom ceiling, blood stain on pillow, coffee maker not cleaned, dishes not cleaned, furniture filthy, whole unit smelled like mold, property manager stopped communicating when notified of problems, wouldn’t recommend this rental to my worst enemy.

Served it’s purpose

The location is prime… right in the heart of all shopping etc. only one complaint the master bedroom had a very foul smell to it like bad body odor/curry seasoning that was frankly unbearable. I checked everywhere for maybe a dirty piece of laundry left behind and had no luck so I’m thinking it’s something to do with the vent in that room. Other than that the condo was very well maintained and the communication was timely and thorough.

Not impressed

I would not call these “Luxurious Condos” The unit that I booked was not the unit that we were given/we stayed in. None of the TVs worked until we switched them all around. The TWO pools closest to our unit were out of service so we had to walk half a mile in 100+ degree heat to another sector of the property. The condo got the job done and had the essentials. Great location. Check in/out was easy. Was able to get in early and get out a little later. Communication with the host could have been a little better.

Great Spot! Great Condo!

Juan was fantastic getting what we needed and even with a tiny scheduling conflict he had it remedied in 10 minutes 👍 Definitely will stay again!
