Updated, large beach house right off the water! - Island Escape
Escape to the Island at this beautiful 5 bedrooms beach house! It enjoys modern touches throughout and direct access to the gulf! Private pool (can be heated for $50/day). Watch the family play in the surf right from either of your gulf facing decks or from the crow's nest. Outstanding views only offered by location and the crow's nest, sunrise and sunset will be worth effort! Includes driveway making trouble-free parking. Master bedroom on the 1st floor and remaining bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Room for the whole family. Three rooms have sleeper chairs to make room for everyone! Come find your Island Escape!
Please note some of the close-up exterior pictures were taken before the new siding was installed. They are correct other than the house is now blue. More pictures coming soon.
House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is not pet friendly.
