What was initially believed to be a smaller repair developed into a more extensive issue. We are working closely with the property owner to have the shower properly repaired. We have also shared your experience with our team as an example of where we need to improve pre-arrival communication when an amenity is unavailable. Access to the home can occasionally be impacted after large coastal storms when sand shifts along the roadway. This has since been resolved, and we appreciate your patience as the town works to clear those areas before we are able to address the driveway. We also apologize for the cleanliness concerns. Since your stay, we have made several improvements to our housekeeping processes, including more frequent deep cleans, to better meet our standards. We regret the inconvenience with the TVs and remotes. All TVs have since been checked and are working properly. At times, island internet service can affect performance, but we understand how frustrating that can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Our maintenance team has since inspected the locks to ensure they are functioning properly, repaired the leaking faucets, and resolved the kitchen sprayer issue. Thank you again for recognizing our team’s responsiveness. Having a local team allows us to address guest needs as quickly as possible, and your feedback helps us continue improving. We also understand how frustrating the parking and access situation must have been. During your stay, a large storm impacted the area, which led to flooding and sand displacement. These conditions can temporarily affect access and parking, and we must wait for water levels to recede before the town is able to clear and restore the area. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused. We apologize as well for the issues with the TVs on your first night. All TVs have since been inspected, and adjustments have been made to ensure they are working properly. At times, internet connectivity on the island can be impacted, especially following storms, which can affect TV performance. We appreciate your patience and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.

Please note too that the virtual tour that is included with the listing also has a floor plan. I am sorry you have wifi trouble and uncertain as to why they said it was 65 days. Perhaps it was intermittent, but we have had connectivity to our wifi door locks and remote thermostats at the property all summer, so it was not completely out or we certainly would have called it in previously.
