Two Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom heritage bungalow backing onto Crescent Park and a short walk to Crescent Beach.
The bungalow backs onto beautiful Crescent Park in Ocean Park. Crescent Park is a 128 acre park that offers walking trails through mature second growth forests, ponds, streams and lots of meadows to discover. And just added recently the park has 8 brand new pickleball courts to enjoy.
The bungalow is situated a short walk to the best local beach, Crescent Beach. Crescent Beach is a wonderful family oriented beach with lots of space to explore. It is a unique beach community with lots of restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops.
The bungalow has large rear patio which is an oasis surrounded by the beautiful city park trees. There is a small yard with lots of mature landscaping. There is a firepit and a tabletop fire table to enjoy cozy evenings outside. The bungalow has a large kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessities. There is a large kitchen Island (that works great as a remote base working spot) and a bright and airy dining nook perfect for morning coffee.
Bedroom #1 has king size bed and lots of built in storage. And bedroom #2 has a set of twin bunk beds, and even a little built in desk with art supplies for the young ones.
Curl up on the comfy couches in front of the large great room fireplace to read or to watch TV. Next to the greatroom there is a spare room/flex room that has french doors that lead you out to the back patio. This room also has a comfortable queen size pull out couch.
The bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably.
The bungalow is pet friendly so bring your fur baby and explore the local park trails or play in the water at the dog parks located in Crescent Beach just down the hill. The bungalow comes equipped with a doggy bed, pet bowls and doggy waste bags too. too. Pets must listed on your reservation be fully housetrained and are not to be left unattended for extended periods of time.
A short drive from the bungalow is Ocean Park Village center where you will find a Safeway, Starbucks, a fresh produce market, pharmacy, pub, liquor store and other specialty stores. The bungalow is located a block from Fieldstones bakery, the best local bakery. And located in the same complex is a cute coffee shop called Dudes that has great handcrafted coffees and an amazing weekend brunch menu.
The bungalow is a short drive from White Rock and all the action of their boardwalk and the many restaurants to explore. It is conveniently located close to the US/Canada border. And a 10min drive to the hwy to access Vancouver. The bungalow has parking for up to 2 vehicles.
The bungalow also has 220V outlet for EV car charging. Access to a Tesla charger is also available ⚡️
Owner/Host lives in a home on a property next door to the bungalow property. We are available anytime should the need arise during stays.
