Great house

Nice central location and clean house. Well stocked with bikes, beach items, fishing poles, etc. Upstairs was very difficult to cool down but it was a hot week. Will stay here again.

Definitely a Do-Over!!

This was an incredible property! Pool was amazing - right on the water. Dock is in great shape too! We saw manatees and dolphins. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. Location of home is amazing too. Management co was responsive and communicative!

Beautiful home- needs a little TLC and attention to detail.

Beautiful home , perfect location. The house needs some serious TLC. Little things such as the dryer button broken, closet doors fell off in two bedrooms and the toilets are older and you really need to watch so they don’t overflow. The pool and spa are a little weird how they work. One can’t be on when the other is on. Took some getting used to. That being said, the home is grand and the pool itself is great (I was looking for one of one of with no cover) and the Tiki hut by the water is a nice way to drink your morning coffee. Property manager was responsive.

Great property for a family vacation in Marco

This property fit us perfectly! Pool was enjoyed by all and being on a larger canal made it feel more private and no one behind us. Property was clean and the manager was very quick to respond in regards to a slider latch I wanted fixed. Overall was a great experience.
