Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando is a lakefront, full-service resort with 7 pools and hot tubs, a luxury spa, an 18-hole mini golf course, fitness center, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, as well as a variety of onsite food and beverage options. The resort also features the Treasure Cove Water Park, a 161,000-gallon, pirate-themed aquatic amenity guaranteed to add a splash to your stay, (waterpark fee's apply, contact resort for info)

Unresponsive Property Owners

Getting in touch with someone to make a change to my reservation was a nightmare. Calls were automatically routed to a voicemail and then went largely unreturned. There was the exception of one instance where someone who sounded like they'd been asleep or were drunk picked up the phone, muttered something incomprehensible, and THEN routed me to voicemail. Once the issue with my reservations was finally resolved, my confirmation of the exact name of the property I was staying in mysteriously never hit my inbox. After calling the Home Away help desk, I was texted the name and address of the property while I was standing in line, at the airport, waiting to board my flight to FL. Not an experience I want to repeat nor recommend to anyone else.
