帰省で滞在

手続きはVrboを介しません。メールでのやり取りとなりますので注意下さい。そこで手続きのメールが届かないトラブルがありましたが、Vrbo並びに管理会社の方の迅速な対応で無事宿泊できました。対応は非常に丁寧で安心感があります。施設について、他の方も書かれている通りリフォームされて綺麗になっていました。2世帯住宅を貸し出していますが、壁は薄く2階の足音が聞こえます。一点改善をお願いするとすれば、清掃です。結構埃が溜まっていたり、食器類も油汚れが残っていたりしていました。初めての利用だったので神経質だったかも知れませんが少し残念でした。最後は快適に過ごすためのワンポイントですが、寝室に換気扇やエアコンがありません。夏は寝苦しいです。リビングのエアコンの温度を下げて寝室まで送り込む必要があります。リビングから寝室までの扉を全て開け、トイレの換気扇をつけた状態で、寝室前に扇風機を置いて風を送り出すと快適に寝られます。

ドミトリーで一部屋使いは初めてでしたが家族でゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。洗濯が出来たので帰宅してからちょっとだけ楽です。

室内はキレイでしたが、虫の死骸があったり食器類の汚れが気になりました。 予約の時見た写真には、ティッシュペーパーがありましたが、実際にはありませんでした。 一番残念だったのは、wifiでほとんどつながらなかったことです。宿泊場所を選ぶとき、wifiの有無を重要視していました。ポケットwifiで前に宿泊した人たちが契約ギガ数を使い切ると通信速度が遅くなると室内の案内に記載してましたが、予約ページにも記載してほしいです。本当に速度が遅すぎてつながりませんでした。 立地は静かな住宅街ですが、一軒家といっても１階と２階に宿泊部屋があり2階の方々の夜中の出入り、階段を上る音なのかドンドン、ドスドスという音が響きました。 予約ページの情報を参考にして予約をするので、必要な情報はのせてほしいですし、写真と違うということはないようにしてほしいと思いました。

旅行なのに、自宅で生活してるような安心感

旅行なのに、自宅で生活してるような安心感。 生活に必要なものがほとんど揃っているので、なに不自由なく過ごせました。 北海道の夏の夜は涼しいですが、防犯の面から窓を開けたくないので、寝室にエアコンが有るともっと良かったです(リビングにエアコン有り) それを差し引いてもとても良かったです。また利用したいと思います。
