Beautiful property, inside and out well maintained very secure

We had a situation with water first a few weeks there once a week discovered that the water softener hose had broke and every time it regenerated it flooded the place which we had to clean up it was a bit of an imposition and having the water restoration company with big machines didn’t add to the Although other than that, the properties, beautiful, secure and well-maintained

Amazing location, great unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at La Contessa. Our only complaint really is the lack of a welcome packet or clear communication regarding arrival/departure, parking, etc. We received an email with various codes we needed to access our unit and other areas of the property, but never received anything else. We are used to a welcome packet being on the counter (or picking one up somewhere) with info about our stay and in this case there was none. We did have a few minor issues during our stay and for the most part they were handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: beds on room 3 were only fit for kids . Red tide was really annoying
