Great location for sooo many ski mountains. Easy to get dinner or grocery store. 2 bedrooms were great but no tvs in rooms. Master bathroom is tiny and outdated w sink in room but worked fine. Door was small shower (outside of shower was a little dirty) and toilet. Kitchen had all amenities which is really nice. Arcade, pool and hot tub is 2 buildings over. Bring towels or robe.
It was a great location for what we needed it for, somewhat in the center of most major resorts. Place was fine, nothing extraordinary but fit our needs. Would recommend.

We booked this place last minute for a spring break trip. Condo was as advertised, clean, and bed in master bedroom was very comfortable.
Clean. good location. Hot tub/recreation room was great. Was provided incorrect code for check-in, and had to call front desk, but fixed after 30 min.

Comfortable condo and good location if you have a car
The condo is located 25 minutes drive to Keystone and 40 minutes to Breckenridge ski resorts. We did both. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to a full living room with 2 couches provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 or 5 people. The upper bunk bed is a bit wobbly but couches are comfortable to sleep on.

Ski Trip
Property was small for the cost when compared to other properties. I will have to ask questions about square footage area in the future.

Our youngest daughter told us 2 days before she came home for break she wanted to go skiing. The condo was clean inside, (Had to walk by vomit on the stairwell)and furniture was comfortable. Location was tricking to find but overall good location and served it's purpose for a fair price.

This is about the actual condo. Very old, poorly maintained, outdated and uncomfortable furniture, coffee pot terrible old and too small, horrible bathrooms access stairs snow covered and icy.
Great Stay. Very accurate and with the . Bad Wi-Fi.
Picture your grandparents well maintained place. It’s super clean and comfy and could use a re-style. The place feels spacious and the hosts has lots of intentional useful things that make everything really convenient. Shower was hot, great pressure, but it could be upgraded for a more modern touch. The shower is very well maintaned. The rec center is great and. Lean and is perfect. Good temperatures The biggest negative was the Wi-Fi.. the cable tv was really difficult to figure out but when we decided to just watch a movie from our laptop, the film buffered like every 15 minutes…not exactly the family film night you would want. I think they need a new router or pay for more service. IDK

This guest received two emails about having to get us the TAG#, Make model and year of the car. They sent tag numbers late at night night (and were through they miss sent an email because it was just a bunch of numbers) and not other info and yes, they were booted. There is an email that goes out to all guest that is ONLY about parking and then the check in instructions in RED it states again PARKING and asks for the info again.
The pool is open now and was only out for a few days, not 8 months. A pipe burst and they had to repair it.
This guest yelled and screamed at staff for their mistake and the husband was so rude we had to cut off the call.
Ginny - next time read!!
I know it is a ski town but I think the snow removal and path ways could be kept up a little better. The path was very narrow and the outside steps were slippery.
Also, we were unable to gain access to the property for about 30 minutes as the codes did not work . It was determined that the battery in the lock box was dead. Then the hard key box code did not work and it wasn't the same box that the property owner was describing to it was a rather painful and irratating process.

I am sorry you had to get a code for the lock box with the lock being dead. Luckily we are live 24/7 so you were able to reach a person right away and get in. Batteries do die! I will pass on your comments about the snow to the HOA. Otherwise it looks like you enjoyed your time so that is great!
First - property was nice. Older but nice.
Second - property management was good when engaged for questions & concerns.
Third - and only real ‘complaint’ - description is inaccurate - on VRBO says accommodation of up to 6 - contract clearly states more than 5 is not an option. Pictures & description indicate a workout facility - that does NOT exist and is actually I believe for another nearby property, not this one. Didn’t use the pool or hot tubs - but looked nice.
Finally - would stay here again - was clean, had great ‘supporting’ system (towels, dishes, etc) and was plenty of space for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms was also very nice - one is super small, but still functional.
And parking is easy - just be sure to follow the instructions provided via email.
Overall - great stay for us and would recommend - just think the description was a bit misleading. Hopefully that helps!
Skied Beaver Creek, Breck, Keystone and Vail - all easily accessed from this location.
Thanks - happy travels!

It was horrible , from start we tried to cool a pizza the oven didn't work , then immediately got accused of having a grill , we did not. The management team was very rude , the place smelled funky as walking in the door , the clean was not up to par as I was a inspector of cleans for several companies up here in summit county . The walls are paper thin. The. After having to have a neighbor cook our food, and telling the management staff we did not have a grill , we got charged 300 $ for grilling and smoking ...No one smoked in the unti , had no grill .

Reviewer Comments:
We stayed 3 weeks and this unit was not for me. It was not as clean as I would have expected. I cleaned every pot, pan and utensil in the kitchen. I even cleaned the oven. It is self clean so I don’t understand why it was filthy. Since we were there long term I had the opportunity to wash the sheets. To my horror the pillows were stained. I picked through the best and left the disgusting ones on the top bunk bed. Hopefully someone washed or replaced them. The internet was extremely slow and the only TV in the unit relentlessly tiled. I called Rocky Mountain Management and they said Summit County has slow internet. I will say Rocky Mountain Management was wonderfully responsive. Upon my request they immediately sent over cleaning supplies, after I found out a mid stay clean was going to cost $140. Late one afternoon the area lost electricity and they immediately sent over flashlights. The location of the condo is very convenient to slopes, restaurants, and grocery. Stores.

Property was clean and well prepared with linens, bedding and kitchen/dining stock. Being from TX I was surprised there was no AC, but mountain temps were comfortable. MB bath was small and shower control handle kept falling off in shower. Pass key for commons area did not work in some locks. Otherwise no real complaints and was satisfied.
We love to come to Silverthorne and this condo was exactly as promised. Clean, easy to find, warm, good kitchen supplies and near to the ski resorts and center of Silverthorne. My only complaint was a not-so-sharp can opener. :) Overall great place!
We enjoyed our stay except when the property management company missed a number in our license plate for the registration and we found our car booted one morning. We did get a quick response when we called, though.
My 2 teenage sons and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was good for the 3 of us and we had plenty of space. Location was good for us to get to Breck, Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
Lack of laundry in the room or nearby was a bit disappointing. Kitchen could have been stocked a bit more, but was adequate. Top bunk in second bedroom was a bit wobbly.
The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, and pots & pans. There were a few issues with the master shower, but wasn't abig problem. Lack of dressers in the bedrooms was a pain. Cost was more than we usually pay, but it is a resort(ish) area.
