The property is exactly as described and the rental process was very easy. Timely communications provided all the important details. The house was easy to find and even had a welcome binder outlining everything we needed to know! The property was very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of a Walmart Market. I highly recommend this propertu!

Appliances and cleanliness
When we arrived, there was about 30 flys inside the kitchen and bedrooms. Only 2 little pans to cook and when using the oven, it started smoking from not being cleaned, and fire alarm kept going off. The trey to cook in oven wasn’t cleaned.

Needs updating, general lack of care for the house by owners.
The property manager, Rick, was very responsive and kind. It goes downhill from there. We felt like we were staying in a house where half a dozen college kids lived. The furniture and pretty much everything in the house seemed as though they were picked up from Value Village and the bedding was cheap. The house had a stale odor and was not as clean as it should have been. The backyard pool is nice and definitely where we spent our time when home as it was the most inviting. However, upon arrival the table and chairs were dirty and the umbrella was broken (yes the red one you see in the picture), it doesn’t stay up. Unless you wanna feel like you’re staying in a college bachelor pad, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. You can get much better for your money.

Hi there, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Thank you for your feedback, as we are constantly looking for ways to improve and add comforts to our home. We are pleased that you liked Rick so much. He and his team do a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning the house after every guest. The broken umbrella that you referenced was replaced the day that Rick found out it was broken. As for the outside table and chairs, since they are outside there are factors such as desert wind that can make this happen periodically. We wish you would’ve let Rick know during your stay about any other concerns you had as well. In regards to your other comments, however, we feel with 6 brand new beds (a king, 1 queen, and 4 twins - just as advertised) from a high-end manufacturer, upscale appliances, Target and Costco style housewares, and various amenities such as the new 65” TV in the living room, the 60” TV in the bedroom, the mobile Bluetooth music system; to the backyard oasis with a heated pool and hot tub, that our home provides a comfortable stay for a wide range of guests. That being said, we will continue to make improvements as previously mentioned."
We were just looking for the right size home for two families to share for a relaxing weekend. The pool was great, and we had a wonderful stay! The home was well-stocked with everything we needed.

Spring Break Getaway
My family and my friend's family stayed here for a relaxing getaway. We wanted to love the place, but it fell short. Check in was easy. The place had 4 bedrooms to accommodate all of us.
One bedroom had a barn door. The door didn't fully close and didn't lock, so there wasn't any privacy. My daughter and friend complained that their beds were hard. These are the twin beds in the smaller rooms. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable.
The house was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, but could have provided a few larger pots. The umbrellas pictured were not available. One was broken upon arrival. The other was missing. Manager said it could have broken due to high winds. The house itself did offer some shade in the afternoon. The pool was not crystal clear and had leaves at bottom of it. Probably as a result of high winds as well. The spa is NOT heated. You need to pay the "pool heating fee" of $30 a night plus tax to heat it. This is not mentioned in description. According to the management, the pool and spa run on same pump, so both need to be heated. We contacted the rental company to have the pool and spa heated. The spa did get warm, but the pool remained cold. The spa also had a "mildew" smell. Not sure how often the pool is cleaned.
Another issue is the amount of paper towels and toilet paper provided. There was one roll of paper towels for our 3 night stay and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for 8 of us. These were not big Charmin or Kirkland rolls. They seemed more like small rolls found at the dollar store. We had to run out and buy more paper towels and toilet paper. The house did include shampoo and body wash. Overall the place was average. The location was a little far from some of the main attractions and shopping areas.
