Plan your next vacation, family reunion or corporate retreat at our expansive and private gated 7-acre luxury estate. Situated in the charming rolling hills of Southern California wine country, the Oaktree Estate is an extravagant 8,500 square-foot home featuring a total of 10 bedrooms, including a 7-bedroom main house (with 2 master bedrooms, a cinema room, a bar, and yoga room), 2-bedroom standalone Guest House with private living room and kitchen, and 1-bedroom Equestrian Suite. The estate boasts luxury finishes and upscale amenities, stunning natural beauty, and outdoor features including a large custom pool, standalone spa, BBQ area, firepit, wine vineyard, lake, fruit orchard, finished barn, equestrian setup / stables, and many grassy lawns and areas to wander.

Step into the expansive and luxurious Main House, where you'll be immediately greeted by the double high ceilings and views. Play games or watch TV as a group in the large living room and enjoy the billiards table overlooking the pool. Adults can enjoy the full-size bar area, which includes a wine fridge and ice machine. Prepare meals in the large, fully-equipped chef's kitchen, and enjoy eating as a group in the formal dining room, dining area or kitchen bar. When it's time to relax, utilize the yoga / meditation room with windows overlooking the pond and grounds. Day or night, watch movies or play games in the large cinema room.

The property comfortably sleeps 22 guests across 3 different structures. The Main House has 7 bedrooms (6 with ensuite bath, and 2 being masters) across two different wings. The main master occupies its own wing complete with a walk-in closet, his and her bathroom, walk-in shower, office / lounge area, and floor to ceiling windows that open to the pool. The second master (which sleeps 4) connects to the home, but has its own optional private entrance for those looking for extra privacy. All 7 bedrooms are equipped with fresh white linens and comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms are fully stocked with hotel-quality towels and amenities.

The standalone Guest House is a quick 30 second walk away from the Main House, and boasts 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, its own private kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sit outside on the private back porch and take in the views. In addition to the Main House garage, the Guest House has its own 2-car garage.

A short minute walk from the Guest House and Main House leads to the exquisite finished barn. Here you'll find the Equestrian Suite which includes a private bedroom, lounge area, bathroom, and half kitchen.

Step out of any of the living quarters and explore the sprawling estate grounds and nature. Just outside the Main House is a large pool, dipping pool, and stand-alone Spa. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and seating to enjoy the weather. Enjoy entertaining under the sun and stars utilizing the built-in outdoor grill and large outdoor table seating up to 20. Discovering the estate's full natural beauty requires a stroll around the grounds. Picnic near the large pond or vineyard, or venture out to the orchard. Grab a bottle of local wine and sit on a warm blanket near the age-old Oaktree, for which the estate is named. The possibilities are endless, as are the memories.

For those feeling active, there is a basketball hoop and plenty of other outdoor games to play on the multiple grassy lawns, including Horseshoes or Bocce Ball in the designated pit. For horse lovers, check out the Equestrian Area of the estate complete with a finished barn (great for small private events), stable, etc.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

LOCATION
Only a short drive from Los Angeles and San Diego, Murrieta is home to this charming and exclusive community. Beautiful windy roads will take you past gorgeous vineyards, horse farms, and other sprawling estates.

20 minutes to Old Town Temecula with award-winning restaurants, shopping and a charming farmers market, 30 minutes to wineries, horseback riding and hot air ballooning, 1 hour to the beach, 1 hour to San Diego, 1.5 hours to Palm Springs.
