Everything about the property was high end , furnishings, appliances, and just the overall lay out of the house , we were very comfortable… the correspondence with the host was very good, very helpful in all aspect, would highly recommend this property for a family holiday .. pool, walk to the beach, fishing, surfing, all there at your door step …. Close to coffee shop , surf club, Coles and Dan Murphys…

Wonderful property for large family holiday!!Curtains on the back area where the sofa bed was would have been helpful but overall couldn’t ask for me! Plenty of everything for us all

It was very welcoming for those with pets but we did not have a pet.We loved the closeness to the beach and the pool was well used.The property is ideal for large families. As a rating I give it fifteen out of ten not sure how to add photos (below) but the camera got a good workout.There is not a thing you could need that was not provided. Thank you

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect property for a large family or two families. Lots of separate spaces. Great communal kitchen space. Beautiful gardens and comfortable beds. Some communication issues with managers and not great maintenance on certain household items. Unable to easily gain access to house on arrival (screen doors all locked and unable to get in through the front doors; eventually found we could unlock a back door). Unable to use fireplace as no instructions left at property and couldn’t download the booklet. Poor response from property manager regarding this and never received instructions to use fireplace. BBQ on site but no gas to be able to use. This was remedied the day after we required the BBQ. No Breville coffee machine on site as per house item list- please remove from list if not supplied.

All your requirements were met within minutes of an issue - keys provided unlocked glass doors at side but we had a team member attend within 10-minutes to show you and unlock front door with master set. Gas bottle for bbq was reported as empty after 4pm and next available handyman to collect and deliver in was next day and it was delivered in the morning. - PHH Team

Barra was so clean, spacious, cool & relaxing. location was perfect and we definitely relaxed.Only downside - no hair dryer and reviews mention intermittent internet/wifi/phone coverage however we didn’t have any coverage. Main bedroom we didn’t have any phone coverage so unable to receive any calls overnight if urgent.Prestige/Aloggio kindly brought round a dongle but this didn’t reach the whole house and intermittent. We made the best of it, lots of card games, free to air TV (thank goodness for Big Bash) thankfully didn’t need to answer any urgent work emails etc

Great house, not the best for small children

This was a great house and we had a lovely family holiday! Though only 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and no rooms have ceiling fans, although there are small standing fans in the room these really don't do much when you're trying to get young children to nap on hot days. Loved the house but we wouldn't stay again without better cooling

Family 80th Birthday

Plenty of room for the 3 families. Our favourite room was the loungeroom with the cosy fire, big coffee table where our 3 year old was able to play with her Bluey toys. 2nd favourite room, kitchen with that long table that sat all our family for husbands 80th birthday dinner. Short walk to beach, great for kids. They even went swimming and its June. Of course, we were blessed with lovely sunny days. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful house.

A relaxing three days with our friends and a dog

Very stylish property with lots of place to sit and relax. Opposite bush land within two minutes of a beautiful beach. Costal walk to Coolum highly recommended.

Beautiful large beach house

Barra Luxe beach house is a beautiful large home with great facilities and separate areas with four bathrooms so its perfect for large groups and accommodated our group of 11 very comfortably. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The kitchen has a great coffee machine that got a good workout during our stay! Surf and body boards were also available which the kids loved. The local beach is only a few minutes walk from the house and was beautiful to walk along and paddle our feet but a little too rough to swim however Coolum beach is a short drive away and perfect for a swim. There is also the Point Arkwright trail that follows the coast line with stunning views and was a great walk for the whole family. The area is well serviced by several supermarkets and cafes being a few minutes drive away with Hasting street in Noosa Heads being a 25 minute drive. Vicky, the property manager was lovely and easy to deal with and very kindly allowed an early check-in which got our holiday off to a great start. I would highly recommend Barra Luxe as a great place to stay.
