This delightful, two-bedroom unit that has been renovated with comfort in mind with Unlimited Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sit back and relax with the sounds of the rolling waves hitting the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach straight in front of you.

Located on the third floor with beautiful views looking directly out the headlands and all the way to Shoal Bay. Spacious open plan living area with a front balcony and back balcony, perfect to allow the sea breeze to flow throughout the unit. The living area features a split system air conditioner, flat screen Smart TV with a Hdmi cable provided, DVD player, games, and books.

A smart kitchen comes complete with full cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and ample preparation space with stone bench tops. Two beautifully presented bedrooms with both bedrooms having a ceiling fan, main bedroom has access to the balcony and stunning views looking out the headlands – just imagine waking up and looking out onto the gorgeous water ways of Shoal Bay, what a relaxing start to your day

The bathroom has also been renovated with a shower over the bath, vanity, and the convenience of having a separate toilet. The laundry is internal and provides a top loader washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The unit also comes with a single lockup garage and 1 open single car space which is suitable for a single axle trailer.

This unit has a NO BBQ Policy in place internally or externally. Should this policy be disregarded there will be extra cleaning/ damage charges. Free public BBQ's are available in nearby public picnic areas.

Highly Recommend, great oceanviews.
The property was clean and the views were amazing. Quick drive to Nelsons Bay Marina. The only negative was the shower screen door was very difficult to slide, this needs to be fixed or replaced. We will definately come again.
