Heading to the beach, SC—House 1 with a private pool

Our guests can enjoy memorable days here, with a lovely balcony, a large table, two sofas, a hammock, and the pool area—which is for the exclusive use of House 1.
We also feature hotel-style box-spring beds, a living room with a smart TV, a kitchen, and a barbecue area equipped with all necessary utensils.
Our location is excellent—on one of the best streets along the beach, a three-minute walk to the banks of the Madre River, and just two minutes from the supermarket and bakery.
With a beautiful view of the hill and Pedra do Urubu, one of Guarda’s tourist attractions.
In case of a water shortage, we have an artesian well. Only the parking lot is shared with the other house.
