Located in the heart of South Yarra close to public transport, but very quiet ensuing a good night sleep. Few minutes walk to shopping on iconic Chapel St shopping precinct. Close to cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants. Walk to the tennis or the MCG for the footy or cricket. Walk to Botanical Gardens. Short drive to St Kilda Beach.
