Summary:
Family friendly holiday house located 2 minute drive to central St. Leonards, beach, shops, park and pier. Huge drive behind secure large gates. Perfect if bringing along fishing boat or caravan. Parking for 4 cars easy behind gates.

Guest comments: "Cosy clean little cottage. A good place to use as a hub to see the region. Powerful aircon that warmed up the house in winter quickly. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication with the hosts/managers of the place. We hope to be back to explore this region further. Remember to book your experiences early as virtually all Vineyard etc experiences were sold out for the weekend of our stay (VIC school holidays)".

The Moorings, a family friendly holiday house located 2 minute drive to central St. Leonards, beach, shops, park, pier, etc or 10 minute walk to these areas. 15 minute drive to Portarlington, Indented Head, Queenscliffe, Geelong, Pt. Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, 40 minute drive to Torquay and just over an hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great place for a family to stop and explore the Bellarine Peninsula for annual leave, school holidays or short week-end break.
The Moorings has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and single bed, 2nd with double bed and single bed, 3rd with double bed and another single. There is one bathroom to support the bedrooms and a separate toilet. The main kitchen, dining and living area is well furnished and fitted out with TV, DVD and video, there is also a chest freezer for your fishing catch to be stored. The main living area has wood heater and reverse cycle heating and air conditioning. The kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, upright oven/hotplates – new, refrigerator, jug, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, platters etc to cater for a comfortable family stay. Outdoors there is a fully fenced back yard and fully fenced front yard, BBQ and two outdoor tables.
There is ample off street parking for cars and a boat if needed with high front fence to the property. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. The Moorings is a great family holiday home with everything you need for a comfortable family stay.
