Only a short walk down to the rockpool end of Avoca Beach, this tastefully renovated beach house could easily accommodate 2 families.

The upstairs main living / dining area is open plan and has sweeping views to the beach and opens out to the large deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture. This area has comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player. Modern kitchen looks out to the back yard bush setting.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed and a king single bed. This adjoins a beautiful, large bathroom with double shower. Bedroom 2 opens to the deck and has a king. Bedroom 3 contains a queen bed and a single and a rumpus area at the other with TV and DVD player. Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed. Porta cot available at property.
Linen is not provided. There is no garage at this property. Driveway and generous off street parking.
