Birdsong | Pleasant Outdoor Space

This lovely home was built in the classic bungalow style of the 1940's and is located just blocks from Main Street. The neutral palette throughout the home gives it a light and airy feel. The hardwood floors are original to the house and are in excellent condition. The interior design is elegant, simple and comfortable. The ample yard, lined with vegetation, invites you to relax on the back porch and watch the world go by.

Birdsong has two spacious, well-appointed bedrooms which accommodate up to four guests. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and the other offers a queen bed. Each bedroom is carefully curated and tastefully decorated in French Country décor.

The living room has a dining table, a comfortable sofa, and an oversized chair making it a memorable space to enjoy a visit with family. Birdsong also has a fully equipped kitchen perfect for staying in and enjoying a meal together.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
