Nice cozy property with more amenities than whats listed in description. Would definitely stay there again 👍
Had a nice relaxing stay. Cabin was clean and had the basic necessities for us. Fenced backyard was great for our dog, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay again.

So happy to hear you enjoyed your visit with us Katrina! Our team hopes to host you again soon!!
Cabin was clean and cozy. There were more amenities there then listed. Check in required you to go to a differnt location to check in and get a parking pass first time I have had to do that. Although I will say location was along the way and process was easy.

Came up to BB to get out of our house for an open house. We come up quite often. This time we brought my 89 year old mom and she was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This is the first time we have used Vrbo, it’s was a very good experience. The backyard could be cleaned up a little more, we cleaned other peoples old dog poo.

Thanks for the 5-star review, Shemae. The team at Big Bear Vacations is thrilled you were able to take advantage of the great location that our property Montana Cabin offers. We hope to see you again!
This place was nice and the amenities were plentiful but there were three issues that made this a 4/5. The first was a glitchy keyless entry. The second was a dirty grill that flared up when it got hot. The third was a dirty hot tub that needed more clorine. Everything else was perfect for our stay.

It was fine.
Overall the place was fine, and the response time from management was great. We had some issues though. We got this cabin because of the hot tub, which we found out was broken after we checked in. (The owner was delivering a new one when we checked out, so new guests should be fine.) The place had new sheets and a ton of towels but didn't really seem like it was cleaned other than that. The bedside table had a spilled drink dried to it, there was white dog fur all over the couches and carpet (yes, it's dog friendly and we get that) so we vacuumed everything ourselves. The pilot light on the grill didn't work and we didn't have a lighter so we used a lit paper towel to light it from the stove. We told management and they apologized about the hot tub, they said they'd tell the cleaning staff about the fur and table, and they sent someone over the next day with a lighter. They were very responsive, but some things just couldn't be fixed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was upgraded and had a bunch of supplies (totally out of salt so we bought a large one and left it there-not the owner or manager's fault), We used the oven and the stove and those worked well. Oh, the couch was really uncomfortable. It felt like maybe the pull out bed in it was broken or something but the seat tips back into the couch pretty badly. The fireplace was great! The dining room table was huge and made feeding the kids easy. The bunk beds were great too!

Thank you, Ciara, for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially with the hot tub, cleanliness, and grill. While we did address what we could during your stay, we understand that some things impacted your experience, and we truly appreciate your patience. The new hot tub is now in place, and we’ll be following up on the cleaning concerns and checking the couch for any needed repairs. We hope the refund provided for the loss of the amenity and the cleanliness concerns helped. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to provide a better stay in the future!

Dark
On the website all the pictures show a very bright and welcoming cabin. Just the opposite, dark carpets, lighting very low, it was just a very dark dreary and sad experience. No TV in the bedroom (that would have been nice). No extra blankets. Cups in the cupboard had lipstick on it. Handle fell off of shower. Hot tub jets did not work. There was a back yard for our dog but there was so much sap on the ground he was constantly tracking sap everywhere. We had to haul our trash back four miles into town to throw away or get charged and extra $25.00 fee....wow very nice to have our trash stinking up our car just because management/owner doesnt want to do it....GREAT EXPERIENCE TO WRAP UP THIS HORRIBLE STAY.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear that our home was not up to par for your visit. Please note that we do list this CITY REQUIREMENT of removing your trash upon departure as we are in a heavily wooded area and do not want to promote critters coming to our vacation homes for left trash. We apologize if this impacted your visit. Nevertheless, we will communicate your feedback to our management team and we are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately. We truly hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a much better visit.

Very well maintained property, has a really nice hot tub, has everything you need in a place for a few days. Highly recommend it
Thanks so much for sharing your kind review with us! Our team is so happy to hear of your wonderful experience here in the mountains. We are all looking forward to hosting you again!
It was awesome for our family. Couple of recommendations would be to get rid of the vhs and CD player. Upgrade the tv to a smart tv so people can airdrop and use their own stuff. It was perfect for a few days. Thanks.

Bedding was not up to the mark, kitchen stock was very less and also not properly cleaned. Rest of the experience was good.
