Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This three-bedroom, two-bath property is three levels hidden in the treetops. End unit, granite counters, travertine bathrooms, and the propane fireplace has a lovely seating area. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen and a twin bed, and TV. With the third and final bedroom featuring bunk beds with Queen on bottom, Twin on top and additional Twin trundle. There is a full bathroom upstairs with shower, and full bathroom on the lower level with tub/shower combo. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The first night I tried to use the oven it smoked up a lot (the oven was , preheating, and No visible spills). I called and left a message but nobody called back. Also the radiator in the downstairs bedroom (the one without the thermostat) wouldn’t work so it was very cold. Finally the three main electrical outlets in the kitchen didn’t work at all, despite trying to reset them. So it was a bit inconvenient moving around all the small appliances to be able to have them functional

Great location, super clean

We were a little worried about this given so few reviews, so I have to assume they just started renting, but this was a great place. Pictures reflect the space well, it is decorated as you would expect for a cabin (including bears throughout) and exceptionally clean. The kitchen also had everything you could need. Two things to be aware of, no washer and dryer in unit which would have been helpful and the layout is a little funky on the main level with stairs. This is no big deal, but with an active 1.5 year old, plenty of places to fall. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is great. Perfect for two small families (4 adults, 2 kids). Location is perfect, kitchen is great, and the place has a nice, cozy feeling. only downside is the check in time was not until 5 pm. Every other rental we've ever done has a 3 pm check-in. That's hard with little kids since its pushing dinner and bedtime plus in winter its dark at 5. They did let us check in an hour early which was great, but required several phone calls.
