Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features granite countertops, slate floors, and remodeled bathrooms. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with two queen beds, two sets of twin bunk beds and two twin beds. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. . 4 bedroom ski condo

Property was clean and as described. Some furniture was worn but it is a ski area condo so that is to be expected. Could use a few more lights in family room but was great for ski vacation

The location is perfect. It's surrounded by forest, and close to downtown Mammoth as well as the lakes basin. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve meals for a big group. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Good property

Overall, the property was very spacious for my group of 10. Check in was easy and parking was easy to access. The property was a bit creaky and hard to sleep. If you are a light sleeper because you can hear every little movement. Management communication was not great because the Wi-Fi password they gave us was incorrect and no one was answering the customer service number or our messages. Overall, for the space and price, the property was good, but nothing was outstanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect condo for a large family or friends getaway! The place was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some fabulous meals, in terms of pots, pans, etc. bring your own sugar, oil etc. nice bunk beds for the kids to share a room. The only problem was that the directions to find the place in the dark were not good. We had a hard tome finding it upon arrival. Do not recommend you arrive in the dark. I like Eagles Lodge it’s much less congested and if you arrive early enough you can get parking close.

Great location but a few items to note

The location for this condo was great. It was walking distance to various restaurants and shops in the village. It was spacious and accommodated our party of 10 comfortably. A few things to note: 1 - There is no a/c. Typically this wouldn’t be a problem for Mammoth but we visited during a heat wave and it was very hot upstairs despite turning on all the fans we could find. 2 - The tv was not working. Luckily we didn’t use it except to watch a video but it appeared the cable was unplugged. We didn’t get to use the pool but it was very inviting. It would have been nice to have a BBq on the deck to prepare evening meals. Overall a good stay!

Great place for making family memories for 3 generations.

Kitchen was VERY well equipped. Thanks for the extra supplies. The unit could use a little updating, but the beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of room for everyone and as I said a well equipped kitchen.
