Guana Bay is an exclusive, safe, and beautiful residential neighbourhood just outside Philipsburg. Guana Bay Beach is located 1 minute away from the villa and the area is surrounded by mountains ideal for hiking and that perfect picture moment!

**We are offering Paradise Villa at a steeply discounted rate for those displaceD by the storm, workers rebuilding the island or any of our return customers who want to return to check up on friends and family. The pool is operational but the damaged units have been torn down and the lots remain empty**
