Located only 6 minute drive to Grange and Tennyson Beach and West Lakes Mall and outdoor public gym on the Lake and is only an 8 minute walk to Seaton Train Station for trains to the CBD. Royal Adelaide and Grange Golf Courses are a mere 6 minute drive away, and Leeson Reserve is a 15 minute walk with free tennis courts and BBQ
View One Three has been styled for your pleasure with modern and easy furnishings, ample storage space throughout. 
Complimentary fresh bed linen is provided, with fresh towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a pod espresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods and tea station to welcome your arrival
The backyard has an organic, seasonal fruit, herb and vegetable garden for your consumption! The secure garage can double as an undercover entertaining area, and has a retractable clothes line and raised shelving for storage
Check in is from 2pm to 10pm and check out is up to 10am

Upon booking a $400 security bond is required by credit card. This is retained until you check out, and will be redeemed should any damages, breakages, theft, smoking or illicit drug use, flooding, excessive cleaning or any of the extra charges listed below occur during your stay. The bond will be direct debited back into your nominated credit card or bank account

Extra guests over and above the booked amount are not permitted to stay in View One Three. Should you have any additional guests, extra charges will apply of $35 per person, per night

A minimum of $200 charge applies for emergency call outs. This includes noise or nuisance complaints from neighbours or strata, which will also result in eviction without refund. A $75 charge applies for lost keys and $125 for lost damaged garage remote control

This townhouse is non-serviced. Should you require a full service (change of linen and bins, full clean and amenities top up) during your stay, the cost is $169 payable by credit card

No pets are permitted in the apartment under any circumstance

Cot Hire is available with fresh linen for $55 per stay (minimum 48 hours notice is required). Baby gate hire are $55 per stay, and extra Single trundle bed with fresh linen is $65 per stay
