Forest Ridge - Luxury Maisonette at Premier Mountain Resort

Few New Hampshire rentals can match the setting, quality and convenience of our property on a year round basis. Our air-conditioned 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps 8 and is equipped with everything you will need for a great family vacation. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed, TV and a full master bath. Two additional bedrooms (one queen with TV, two sets of bunk beds) are upstairs with a full bath. The living room is spacious, beautifully furnished and boasts a fireplace, flat screen TV, WiFi, and a half bath. The dining area has room for 9. The kitchen, with granite counters throughout, is fully equipped with high-end appliances and a full laundry room attached. The oversized back deck offers a gas grill and 300 square feet of outdoor privacy. Enjoy our Sports Club with its indoor pool (and new outdoor pool in the summer), hot tub, exercise room ( steam and sauna), and tennis courts. The adjacent Kanc Rec Area has basketball courts, a softball field, and playground

Great winter get away

The condo was very clean and inviting when we first arrived. My kids loved the bunk room and the community pool. I loved how close it was to everything but yet it was tucked away enough to not hear all the hustle of the main road. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Lincoln leaf peeping

Great location, nice place. Very safe area. Friends said the downstairs bed was a little uncomfortable. A few amenities like coffee and bottled water would be nice. The Common Man restaurant just down the road was excellent.

Fantastic place!

My friends and I stayed at Marcie's condo when we hiked the white mountains. We enjoyed the place so much and we will definitely come back next year! It was spacious and clean and close to a the head trails! Highly recommend it.

Family vacation

We had a great time! The location and home were beautiful. Our boys (7 and 3) loved the house and as we were leaving, they were already talking about wanting to come back! We loved being close to Clark's Trading Post and not far from Santa's Village. Such a great way to end our summer vacation!
