Welcome to the great life at Forest Ridge in Lincoln! Enjoy this beautifully decorated 3-level townhome in one of the area’s most sought after and well-maintained resort communities. This 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bath getaway can easily accommodate two families with plenty of space for everyone. Enter the open-concept main floor and immediately unwind for a relaxing vacation. A cathedral ceiling, leather furniture, 65” flat screen TV and wood-burning fireplace invite you into this mountain retreat. A fully-appointed kitchen with large pantry and washer/dryer make prep easy. Against a natural backdrop of mature trees, the outdoor deck and outdoor gas grill are accessed through the slider off the dining area which features a beautiful wooden artisan dining table with bench seating on both sides for 8+. The counter bar seats another 3. For convenience, a half bath is just off of the living room. The first-floor master features a king platform storage bed, private en suite bathroom, his/her closets and wall-mounted flat screen TV. Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with king sleigh bed and flat screen TV. A separate full bath and open loft space with sectional sleeper sofa complete this upper sanctuary. Going downstairs, you will find the family room with lots of seating on a huge sectional sofa to have fun together around another large flat screen TV. Kids will love the bunk room that sleeps 4. This large, lower level also includes another cozy king bedroom and a full bathroom. This unit is wifi-enabled, with complimentary internet access.

Your stay also includes entry to Forest Ridge’s on-site Sports Club with great indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, fitness center and steam room.

During the winter season, shuttle bus service to/from Loon Mountain is provided on weekends and holidays by the condo association.

On hot summer days, keep cool with the split unit air conditioning system on the main floors.

Two assigned parking spaces near unit. Overflow parking available at Forest Ridge Sports Club.

The house was just as advertised. Perfect size for us with the 3 1/2 bathrooms. House was also very clean and very well organized. Not a lot of clutter. The kitchen was well stocked with proper dishes and utensils, not too much, not too little. The host was very accessible by phone before our trip. Wonderful stay! Great location, very close to Loon Mountain! Beautiful home with everything we needed for our extended family ski vacation. Plenty of space to accommodated our group with such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Our teenagers enjoyed hanging out in the lower level area with large sectional couch and tv. Lots of board games for entertainment. Forest Ridge Sports club was a nice bonus for the non skiers and as additional parking. Owner provided excellent detailed information that made staying at their home easy! Home was very clean, up to date with nice linens and comfortable beds! We will definitely stay again!
