This modern, warm, well appointed & comfortable 1 bedroom apartment located in a quiet street just 100 meters south of the Danforth and 250 meters from the Coxwell subway station. 100 metwers from the Coxwell bus that takes you to the beaches in 5 minutes 15 walking to the beach and the boardwalk. It’s furnished with a luxurious Queen Bed and mother furniture, is ideal for couples & families as well as single travelers, lots of space and lots of sunlight. Kitchen has a Juliet balcony facing the back yard and the Living-room has the front porch with a bistro table and chairs. There is 2 large screen smart TV a 60" in the living room with Rogers ignite cable TV144 channels, Netflix, and other viewing apps & unlimited superfast internet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook any meal. There is a pull out couch in the living room that turns in to a double bed that sleeps 2 more.
