Beautiful View
The pics and home look exactly like they posted. The view from the kitchen window is stunning. The only problem was, we got in late and it was cold and snowing. We wasn’t sure if we found the right place. I called the property manager. The property manager stayed on the phone with me until I was inside the home. That helped me feel more comfortable. The bed was nice and comfortable. Overall our stay was great.
wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. The photos look so nice, but it’s SO expensive for the fact that they’ve put no effort into this place. We had to literally MAKE REPAIRS while we were here so it would be decent.
We showed up to an empty paper towel holder with no additional rolls so we had to buy them. The bed comforter was COVERED in disgusting stains and a sheet was put over top of it to cover it up. All of the hand soaps in the kitchen and both bathrooms were completely empty. We had to clean the drain from the washer since it made our clothes smell like sewer. The entire kitchen smelled like sewer. There was a “checklist” near the washer and dryer stating the place hadn’t been checked since April (our trip was in August). We bruised our feet from nails sticking out of the carpet. First night we went to grab a towel and the entire holder fell off the wall in the bathroom. We tried to cook and grabbed a pot, the handle fell off. The floors are slanted in the living room, to the point where we wouldn’t walk in that area. The tv is broken in the main bedroom. WiFi was down most of the time. Claims there’s more than one parking spot, there isn’t. Silverware and pans have rust covering them. We tried to run the dishwasher and there was an empty container for soap pods.
I can’t believe this is an actual rental. Total garbage.

However, we must clarify the following for the benefit of future guests: - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. - The property was thoroughly cleaned and stocked before your arrival, including paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher pods. We apologize if these supplies ran out during your 7-day stay. It is standard to provide a starter pack of essentials and guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups. - The home is older, and the floor has a slight slant that has been professionally addressed and deemed safe. - The nails you mentioned were part of the standard installation when the carpets were replaced last year. No other guests have reported any issues. - The parking information in the listing has been corrected to ensure it accurately reflects the available space for 2 cars in tandem. - The checklist on the washer is managed and checked by the HOA monthly to ensure the pipes, heat, etc are in proper working order during the winter months.- The homeowner has been alerted about the stains on the duvet insert and is working on replacing it. However, many hotels and rentals use a triple sheeting process, where the insert is covered with a top and bottom sheet. This process isn't intended to hide anything but to ensure that guests sleep on clean bedding for every stay.We do all we can within our control to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Nested in the Heart of Summit
Check-in instructions were clear and concise, always appreciated. We arrived later in the evening and the unit was a bit cold, but the heat kicked in quickly. The condo is very well laid out and nicely decorated. We felt at home. Beds were comfy, we had ample towels, and the shower had great water pressure. The galley kitchen was my favorite! So beautiful and obsessed with windows in lieu of backsplash. We found everything with ease and had a great time in Summit County! There were only a few items that were a bummer and we left a note - lightbulbs missing in lamps, dryer did not heat up, and the fireplace did not work. Hopefully those items are easy to remedy for the next guest!
Condo was more beautiful than the photos! Decor made it very homey. There are windows along the entire back side which gives incredible sunrise and sunset views. All the amenities were appreciated - bbq grille, instant pot, nice cookware and dishes, 10# hand weights, nice desk to get a little work done, comfortable bed and pillows, very cozy tv watching in living room with Netflix access and plenty of blankets, pillows and hot chocolate. Quiet location in the building and covered parking right underneath the unit. Owners were very responsive and available. Just the R&R that we needed. Thanks so much. This is our favorite place that we have stayed in Wildernest. We hope to be back!
