Comfy, safe yet busy

My stay was pleasing in that it was comfy, I felt safe & it was very clean. However, the location was VERY busy & a tad loud for my likings as it's in the heart/center of Bocagrande nightlife which may appeal to others. Lastly, the apt, furniture & AC units are a bit worn & can afford an upgrade in the near future. Overall, my stay pleasant, fun & exciting - I would def. recommend this place if you enjoy being in the center of it all...👍 Mark and his team (especially the security guy) we're vet helpful & insightful...

Great location but needs a lot of work

Location is great however the unit isn’t the most comfortable. There is no tv in the bedroom so you can lay in bed and watch tv you have to be in the living room on a very small and uncomfortable couch. There were no trash bags so my one week stay I had to store my grange in a small corner of the kitchen. There were only two towels and no way to wash them after showering a couple times a day when coming back from the beach. There was also no dish washer or dish washing liquid so we could wash dishes if we decided to eat our food on the supplied plates. In all honesty the location is good but the experience was extremely uncomfortable for the 6 days we were there. Also the windows haven’t been washed in I’d say over a year as you can hardly see out the windows to even look at the beach.
