I wish some of these issues were addressed in emails.Arrived after a long day of travel. Was told come back next day for permanent pass as machine was broken. DAY 1: Next day had to stand in long line at entrance booth to get a pass. No big deal though. After long day we wanted to swim in pool. We were told we needed wristbands and could not go in as my name was the only person listed. I had given the names of everyone in my party to owner several times before and there were six of us. Was told we had to speak to someone next day. Not cool. DAY 2: Spend the day in Orlando, come back and try to talk to someone about gaining entrance into community pool. Went to 5 different people including front gate and nobody could tell me how to get my party listed. Very frustrating. We had a tiny pool in back of unit. Would have liked to go in that but full of bugs and skimmer was broken, did not look too clean either. DAY 3: Hit repeat except this time someone finally tells us that I need to contact the owner of the unit to get our names on their system. So nobody could tell us that earlier?!? Of course it’s night time so I contact owner and Vrbo and no response. Owner did message back the next day to take care of it but 4 days without being able to use the amenity we came for!! Other issues:
Very tiny little bugs in bathrooms and kitchen got into our food
Limited and I mean limited supplies - No cleaning supplies, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll. Cheap! Had to buy
