The condominium offers a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying and relaxing in the most exclusive location in Búzios. It is located just a few metres from the famous João Fernandes Beach, known for its calm, crystal-clear waters, and is also close to Praia dos Ossos, Azeda, and Azedinha.

Wi-Fi is available in the house and throughout the condominium.

The house has two floors; the ground floor consists of:
Balcony, living room with a 40" TV and ceiling fan, and dining room.
Bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 1 single bed, 1 fold-out bed, and closet; Shared bathroom; Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, cabinets, toaster, coffee maker, and other utensils, with a counter leading to the barbecue area.
A well-ventilated and private rear area, featuring a barbecue space with a sink, a counter leading to the kitchen, tables, a shower, and a wash basin.

The second floor consists of:
Suite with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 32-inch TV, and a double bed;
Bathroom with cabinet;
Adjoining bedroom with a trundle bed.

Condominium:
Recreation area with beautiful landscaping, adult and children’s pools, shower, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a barbecue grill.
Wi-Fi in the condominium’s common areas and in the house.
Indoor parking for 1 vehicle.

Bedding and towels: We offer optional bedding and towels for a fee of R$25.00 per person, covering the laundry service.

Aproveitamos ótimos dias em família, nesta casa maravilhosa, super bem cuidada, decorada e equipada. O condomínio tem uma área de lazer muito agradável, com lindo jardim e piscina. Também adoramos a localização, pois não precisamos utilizar o carro para nada, já que é bem próxima das praias de João Fernandes, Ossos, Azeda e Azedinha, e ainda da Orla Bardot. A proprietária Sabrina foi muito atenciosa e solícita durante nossa estada. Voltaremos com certeza a esse paraíso.
