Large, fully furnished and self-contained two bedroom house on acreage property. Modern, comfortable, ground floor with a very large living space. The "pool shed" opens onto a patio and pool and is just like a resort during summer. There is good parking and storage, a large patio with outdoor dining, BBQ, and also with a tennis court. Very secure, electronic gate access. Has own laundry. Modern kitchen. New aircon. Modern bathroom. Kid friendly. Three sitting areas in one large living space.

The Pool Shed is one of three dwellings on an acreage property. It was originally built to house a collection of 20 jaguars cars! I transformed it into an apartment opening onto the pool and patio.
Why they chose this property
It is very comfortable, lots of space, great location for an extended stay. Many previous guests have stayed for months, either to be close to family in the neighbourhood but with their own space, or as a temporary home. Very quiet, relaxing. You will feel like you're in your own resort.
What makes this property unique
The location is about 700 metres from the Gateway and is centrally located to head north or south to either the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast, 20 minutes to Brisbane city, 12 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the bay, close to major local facilities like Westfield Carindale and Sleeman Sports Complex. It is quiet, lots of room to run around and kick a football in the rear paddock.
