Apt 801

The seatings to watch TV are very uncomfortable and must be changed. We will never rent that same apartment on accout of the very bad seatingsIt would be a plus if a TV cable could be install.

- No hot water - Washing machine broke and spilled water all over the living area - Master bathroom needs care - Kitchen utensils needs cleaning Although management contact was prompted in getting back to us, apartment is not in total condition to rent without hot water.
