Beautiful water views! Modern, clean lines and attention to detail creates a calming and serene atmosphere to relax in, and enjoy your Cape Cod vacation. Custom, new build with lush yards and views for days. All new furnishings and beds (1 king en suite master on the first floor and the rest are all queens). Three of the bedrooms have their own decks. Inside is bright and airy, and the open living room, kitchen and dining area is great for entertaining. The chef's kitchen with center island for extra seating is just perfect for morning breakfasts, Have your morning coffee or lunch on the patio, which is just off of the kitchen; or grill up some dinner while the stars come out. There is an outdoor shower for after a day at Head of the Meadow Beach, which is less than a mile on the path, or by car. Spectacular views that look across to the Provincetown Monument. Short distance to Provincetown, Wellfleet and Truro, which all offer some of the best restaurants and shopping on the Cape. Sorry, no pets! Annual CC trip

The home and the view were spectacular! Loved 4.5 mile bike path for walking within walking distance from house. Good location to Montano’s Restaurant, the Whitman House and Provincetown restaurants. Close to all beaches, including Corn Hill. Enjoyed our stay VERY MUCH!

Spectacular property

The property is even better than the pics on VRBO. The views from the house over the water and towards P'town are incredible. The house is huge and the furniture and appliances all new. The owner was super responsive and helpful when we had requests/questions. The only downside is that you have to pick up and deliver keys to rental agent in Chatham which is a significant detour as you go up and down the Cape. The owner should use an agent more conveniently located. However, on balance the place is worth the extra effort.
