Kitchen, dining and two living rooms with a study desk and combined bathroom/ laundry for convenience. The kitchen has a lovely country feel with a walk in pantry and dishwasher for holiday relaxing. Upstairs has all the bedrooms with 1 x queen in the master, 2 x double and 2 x single bed and the main bathroom which has been beautifully renovated. Double carport at the front within the fenced yard. Located just 300 meters from the water and walking distance to the Woody Point shops and restaurants. The parks and playground are also close by to enjoy with your family and friends.

Fully furnished including linen. Just bring your pool & beach towels. Port-a-cots, high chairs, are available for hire.

Great Bayside Retreat

Great location, close to the bay. It would be great for families there are 4 large bedrooms, lots of room to hang out in the lounge. The outside is fully fenced, great for young children and beautiful little dogs, there’s a great deck outside.
