Brand new cottage on 3-Mile Lake in the heart of Muskoka

Stunning cottage on the waterfront of Three Mile Lake in the heart of Muskoka, just 2 hours north of Toronto. Built in 2020, this year-round, 1,800 sq. ft. cottage features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large mudroom and a stunning open-concept kitchen, dining, living-room area. Delight in the cathedral ceilings (equipped with Bluetooth speakers), large fireplace and floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in.

Enjoy the lakeside views on the deck while BBQ-ing, sitting around the outdoor fire pit, relaxing on the dock, canoeing or paddle boarding on the water, or ice-fishing in the winter.

**PLEASE NOTE: As Three Mile Lake is a fairly shallow lake, we do not guarantee water quality after August 1st. Please message with inquiries in this regard**

Wonderful Return visit

This property was gorgeous, clean and well equipped. The spacious back deck and dock are great spots to hangout! The firepit and kayak were also amazing additions to this rental! The lake was shallow and not rocky which was amazing! I would deffinitlet book this rental again!

A wonderful winter cottage

I highly recommend this cottage. You can tell it’s new and it was so clean!! We went during the winter so we didn’t get outside much but this is the type of place you want to be holed up in. The gas fireplace kept us warm and cozy, the TV was great for us to watch movies and wifi was good enough to stream and play with our gaming consoles. Overall, we had a very good time here and want to come back 2026 for a summer cottage :)

Beautiful getaway

This place was stunning and better than the pictures. It had all the comforts of a modern home with the ambiance and environment of a private family cottage. The best parts were the access to the water via the dock, gorgeous views of the sunset, built-in home and deck speaker systems and variety of kitchen appliances for use. Holly is a very responsive and helpful host with great tips on local resteraunts and activities. Our family had a wonderful time!

Stunning views and brand new facilities

This cottage is very clean and everything is brand new. Washrooms are clean and basic body wash shampoo conditioner and hair dryer are provided. Kitchen with full facilities except microwave, dish washer works very well too. Stunning view with the private dock, canoe also available to be used. We enjoy the sunset here with beautiful ravine backyard. •wifi not working for full stay, it’s ok for us because it takes us to stay around the fire pit and we saw several meteors💫

Perfect Getaway!

This property checked all the boxes! We stayed with our family which included kids, dogs and adults. The cottage was very clean, well stocked with more than we needed, spacious (yet cozy!) and had nice size bedrooms/beds that didn’t leave everyone fighting over a primary bedroom haha. Some highlights:- We loved connecting to the interior/exterior sound system- Easy check in/checkout and communication with the host was always quick - Large deck off the cottage and a latched gate at the stairs to keep dogs and kids from wandering - Large dock with space for the kids and dogs to enjoy, ample muskoka chairs or space to sunbathe (even if the time for this was minimal for us due to rainy weather)- Shallow entry to the lake, mostly sand- Wine fridge for drinks so you don’t have to jam everything in the main fridge- Large dining table with 8 chairs, enough space to accommodate everyone.- Although there are neighbours the cottage is very private with lots of foliage and a good distance between cottages. - Walkable main road with minimal traffic for walks. 10/10 would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!

Fall escape

This was a beautiful vacation spot. We were a large group (6 adults, 2 kids, a dog) and never felt cramped. There was plenty of room for everyone and the accommodations were clean and airy. As was mentioned, the walk to the water is quite steep but the lake view is amazing, especially from the second floor. We enjoyed watching the snow fall through all the windows. We wish the weather had been better to enjoy the fire pit but this is a fantastic cottage for a fall/winter getaway. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. We would love to come back again.

If you're thinking about it - Don't think, Book it!

We stayed at this beautiful property over Christmas and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. The attention to detail, big and small was impeccable. From booking the property, prior to our stay, to any questions we had during the stay, nothing fell short. The entire place immaculately clean, organized. It smelt incredibly fresh! Something you really appreciate when you have abit of OCD when it comes to cleaning. The driveway was fully shovelled including the deck, it was just so thoughtful. There's a ton of things to do even if you want to stick around in the house, games, jigsaw puzzles and little Knick knacks. The kitchen pretty much has everything you could be looking for and I was also pleasantly surprised to see things in the pantry (random things, spices etc) that we didn't pack but found them in the pantry. The outdoors were stunning, the views, the tranquility in the space. I love would not hesitate to book this cottage over the summer at all. Thank you Holly for being an amazing host!

Very clean, peaceful and spacious lake house.Yet comfy and cozy with the 8 of us. We enjoyed the days at the dock canoeing, and just spending time gazing at the lake ...so peaceful.The evenings on the deck with the fam enjoying some banter, coffee and wine. And also coming inside to a toasty fireplace!Our host, Anna was helpful and informative. A very smooth and detailed process fir check in and throughout!!

We had the most wonderful long weekend at Anna's cottage. The space was both beautiful and functional- we loved being able to see the kids from all areas of the main level, as well as the deck with the gate. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock and making s'mores at the fire pit. We would absolutely recommend this space!Thank you Anna for providing the perfect place to make memories as a family
